how to uninstall Comodo Internet Security

Please please does anyone know how to get rid of comodo, I thought it was free, but it was only a 30 day trial. Now I want to change to AVG or Avast free,
but cant download because comodo won't go, been to control panel and d/loaded some of it now the uninstall button won't light up Help

I'm no expert but sometimes right clicking works to uninstall

try clicking start then go to control panel and click on add or remove programmes scroll up and down to you get to the one you want it should work

There might be a remover tool on the internet. Some of these programmes make it very hard to uninstall.

My understanding is that 'Comodo' is not easily removed. I hope therefore that AB's Techie members enter this thread with some suggestions.

Incidentally, as an alternative to your changing to AVG or Avast. I would suggest that you opt for MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) which is a free download with automatic up-dates and I feel certain that AB's Techies will agree with me; because it was on their advice that I have it installed in my computer.

If you go to the Comodo website you may find an uninstall tool there with instructions omn how to use it , most security programs have their own uninstaller
