I bought a fresh leg from Aldi at the weekend gone, it was delicious. It cost £4.99 per kilo, so I bought one which was £13 in price. Stabbed it about 50 times and pushed in a rosemary/garlic/butter seasoning & cooked it for about almost 4 hours - it was to die for.
I made if for 7 people, but there was enough left over for sandwiches on Sun night then we had the rest for tea for 2 people last night - it was still delish, little bit of fat in places - but plenty of meat on it.
