72 Zo r/ (r crossed out) & area or section & lots of spots h/ (h crossed out)

Assume last part of 72 is rash h crossed out is ras orry did not know how to put asterik over letter to cross it out.

This isn't quite right, but a Zo is a type of cross breed cow, a area or section could be zone.
Scorzoneras - (black salsify)??
