anyone else torn the retina recently...?

...I have ,not one tear but two in my right eye.Absolutely no provacation, it just happened.Wednesday pm at the QMC in Nottingham for laser treatment on one tear,but the other was so far on the edge of my peripheral vision laser was not possible so...Thursday was a theatre procedure with local anaesthetic...yes,a needle in my eye..and the tear was 'frozen'.I now have a very bloodshot eye..(and considerable discomfort) but all being well these procedures have halted the possibility of a complete retinal detachment.
And how was your week....lol
