Please can you solve this puzzle for me?

P(10);Q(less than W);R(K/T);S(B+P);

T(2);U(?);V(R+T);W(JxF);X(more thanE);

Y(less than G);Z(D-A)

Please could you solve this for me as I have not a clue as to what I am doing. I thought I did but I am going no where. Many thanks in advance.

I have worked out a few A is 8, D is 12, E is 24, M is 5, P is 10, T is 2, Z is 4 and X could be 25 or 16.

Hi All,

Many thanks for your help. Each letter from A to Z should have a number. Yes, it is do with geocaching but the puzzle has got me totally lost. The link posted by emeritus will take you to the puzzle. The letters I am almost sure about are that D = 12 and that L might be 21.
