11 across Son aspired to acquire ground not fit for sale. (Two words - 4 and 6 letters) S-o-/S-I-E-
And I had ESTATE AGENTS for 29 across (House dealers cagey and tense, maybe, accept small thanks. (Two words - 12 letters) but INANELY for 22 down makes that incorrect
