Just looking at this PC and wondering if it's worth the £500 and weather it can play high spec games?

It isn't bad but you would need to buy a copy of Windows 7 and install it as it comes with no operating system.

I agree with daffy654. Make sure you install the 64 bit version of Windows, so that you can use all of the memory.

Ubuntu is a Linux distribution guys. Opting to reign on your parade maybe ?

I'm not familiar with the Linux world, do they have hi spec games ? I always assumed it was an enthusiasts set-up to "play" with, and for games you either boot direct, use DOS, or the appropriate Win version.

I suspect it is a reasonable game machine.

I'm no expert but I think the graphics capability is a major factor. Always seems to pay you to spend whatever you can afford. http://www.tomshardwa...,review-32142-17.html It seems ok, but do get as many opinions as possible.
