At what frequency should a Psoriasis sufferer bathe or shower ?

A girl at work has this and she has a quick shower every morning with Oilatum shower cream and a bath at night with other Oilatum products. I don't know that much about psoriasis but I would think that having a shower and a bath everyday would dry out the akin. It seems to be working for her though.

As long as there is adequate emollients used in the bath and subsequent moisturising I don't think it matters too much.

Just make sure the sufferer is sufficiently moisturised and is comfortable.
