Again even different models from the same manufacturer can have different abilities. The model number should be somewhere. If not on the outside and if you have lost the documentation it is possibly on a label under the battery.
Could be you can get a data cable to connect to the PC. Software is available on the web. Failing that if it has bluetooth then perhaps you can use that to connect to the PC instead. All else fails can you e-mail or text the pictures to a friend who can connect their mobile to a PC ?
Some older & cheaper phones can be difficult to get data off of.

Your best bet might be to use a search engine to find pages with a) the model number of your Motorola, and b) the phrase "data cable". See if you can find folk selling data cables that claim to go between the handset and the PC.
