sun blushed tomatoes

what can i put sun blushed tomatoes with? i have an excess of them?

You could pack them in a jar and cover them in olive oil (don't waste extra virgin on them though) to preserve them and produce Tomato Oil as a pleasant by product
Alternatively then are nice in bread with parmesan, good with bacon and olives with pasta - anything you can do with a sun-dried tomato will be jst as good with sun-blush, just less chewy.

Thanks for your suggestions rekstout they were very helpful. Had them on ciabatta last night with grilled goats cheese on top. Delish

Add them to a spag bol or a chilli, nice.
