How do you (birthday) treat yourself?

For my last '0' birthday, I bought myself a brand new car with all the bells and whistles.
My next '0' is coming up next week - I still have the car; it's still a beauty.
I don't know what to do for my next '0' - I am fed up travelling, especially long-distance, and cynical about hotels and spas.
Has anyone any suggestions?

i don't usually, how about a cruise, perhaps around the Caribbean, they stop off lots of lovely places, a friend has just come back, and said it was wonderful.

I dont think you can beat staying at a top hotel somewhere and really being pampered. It doesnt have to be miles away ( I think too much travelling can spoil a holiday )
Just sit and think about what you would really like to do more than anything in the world and see if you can afford it.

Happy birthday in advance. Why not hire a posse of men and makeover one of your rooms in a day. My ex bought her new sister in law that for her birthday and it was pretty awesome apparently, but that was in Germany- but I'm sure someone here must do somthing similar. They had great fun shopping for the stuff befporehand and it was apparently marvellous to see it transformed in 3 or 4 hours while they had lunch:)

My bro-in-law has suggested a day with the army (I think) learning to drive a tank! I think that would be great fun.

It's my *cough* 40th in December and I've been trying to think of something special to do to celebrate too.. Still got nothing, so I'll keep checking back here to get some ideas.
