Kermit backpack codes!!

Bought it on the way home but i can't read it, i've tried putting it on white paper and under a strong light but nothing its just a mess of red dots, how many letters should it be?

There should be 10 characters in the code, usually on the back of the blue panel.

My best guess is. Puyhjygtxq but the last is a total guess could be an 8 but to be honest if any of that is right, i'm a size 8!
