My daughter stayed with me recently, she said that she'd occasionally have nightmares and bad dreams and wake up crying.
When I asked them what they were about she said that she knew they were bad dreams because in them they said "sponsors Emmerdale" or "sponsors Coronation Street" in them.

She's only 4 years old, bless her. Sounds like too much TV playing on her mind to me.

This goes to show the effect TV has on very young people, and why it should be rationed for them, purely to protect them from exactly this problem.
Agree with Nibble.
My 6 yr old niece told me recently that she loves Eastenders and Hollyoaks. can't say i was very impressed as personally I think she is too young to watch either of these programmes. :O(
A 4 year old watching that rubbish? At what time?
Personally id encourage her to watch fun childrens programmes instead, something a lot more light hearted.
