He broke his leg cupid. You can't put a horse in plaster. It was the kindest thing to do. Very sad.

Two had to be put down - sad, but you can't treat them, it's the best option if they are injured.

That's sickening about synchronised. Couldn't face the race but did watch the start when he threw jockey off and ran off on his own. Claire Balding and all talking about how laid back he looked. Heartbreaking.

I don't hold with the kinder to put them down argument all the time either, some broken legs can be fixed but require massive time, expense and effort that they obviously aren't worth.
