Pelly, Sir Henry Bertram (1867–1942), naval officer, was born on 9 September 1867 in Upminster, Essex, the sixth of seven sons of Richard Wilson Pelly (1814–1890), captain, Royal Navy, and his wife, Katherine Jane (d. 1901), youngest daughter of John Gurney Fry of Hale End, Essex.
The earliest date that can be confidently assigned to Inca dynastic history is 1438, when Pachacuti Inca Yupanqui, a son of Viracocha Inca, usurped the throne from his brother Inca Urcon.
