Who Witnessed The Creation Of The Universe And Wrote It Down in Genesis?

My title summarises most of the details of my question. I should appreciate views and anwers from all, especially from christian theists. The thrust of my question is that the collection of stories in the christian so-called "bible" are a collection of ancient myths demonstrated by Page 1. (Note I believe that Jesus was not myth but a real historical character. However I think the evidence is that he was a mere failed anti-roman rabble-rouser).
I apologise if you have read this question before but I submitted it into the wrong category.

The answer is simple: “Men spoke from God.” But how did they know what to speak and what to write? The quoted, from the apostle Peter, goes on to explain that they spoke as they were borne along by holy spirit. (2 Peter 1:21)
You see many of the Bible writers did not know one another. They even lived centuries apart and were extremely different in temperament and experience, as well as in social and educational backgrounds. Yet, whether they were young or old, their writing shows a complete unity. Over a period of some 1,600 years, they wrote until the book was finally finished. You can take a careful examination, and find that the Bible’s statements reflect a remarkable harmony. So Bible thus echoes the mind of one Author, though many writers were used.

Surely the question is self evidently non-sensible. Given that sentient beings can not come into existence prior to there being a place in which they can survive existing. Unless you are asking which spiritual beings were witnesses. Clearly the claim is that the authors of the text believed themselves to be divinely inspired by God as to what "the beginning" was. I'm no expert but I don't think the author of Genesis is attributed, are they ?

OG, Moses is reputed to have written Genesis – but there’s a very good chance he didn’t. In fact his very existence is a matter of some considerable doubt.

Thank you friends for your replies xxx. Difficult to chose best answer, wish I could chose a muliple tie between Naomi24, Matheous and the great humourists like jomifl, safe filter, trigger etc. But Naomi24 knows her stuff 100%, so Naomi24 wins. Sorry Mike11111, you do try hard but "must do better" - "render unto Caeser.." was briliant answer by JC to trick question perhaps seeded by a pro-roman undercover agent. Maybe it was a later Roman invention to keep their own later christians tolerated but in line with tax laws? But does not put contradict Jesus' anti-roman stance. It's all just entertainment Mike11111 so relax. Wish we could hear from Archbish., Pope or vicar.
