What are the criteria for having one's speeling corrected? Masterbait is not allowed, but a bad spell of diarrhoea slips through the net.

You will also see the 'Edited by Answerbank' tag where questions (or answers) written with the Caps Lock on have been altered to lower case, or when questions have been moved to a more appropriate category.
There is no diktat that says everything must be spelled correctly!
As you may be aware there is a 'profanity filter' which automatically detects and prohibits a list of proscribed words. This is a firmly family friendly environment! It isn't perfect, but we seem somehow to muddle through regardless.
The recent furore over spelling (or rather, speeling) may have detracted from the fact that this remains, hopefully, a friendly forum for the free exchange of knowledge and opinions.
