sorry i know this isnt making it from scratch but have you ever tried jane ashers fudge cake packet mix it is to die for !!!

thanks buenchico, or should that be muchas gracias. Iwas really looking for a rich chocolate fudge cake that you serve hot with cream to use as a special dessert in our restaurant. If anyone knows of one please let me know. I cant get the cake mix as I am not in the u.k. and have never seen that in our local supermarket. Thanks anyway
