Mr Jugs is working until 6pm but, providing the weather stays as it is and he doesn't get a late job, we could be in for a couple of early evening glasses of wine on the patio followed by risotto ai frutti di mare.

I very nearly did make red Thai curry for tonight but I decided to use the seafood in a risotto instead.

No Mercy, I personally think that Red Thai Curry rocks on a Sunday lol, but seafood risotto also gets my vote. I do love scampi too, deep fried with lashings of Tartare Sauce and very vinegary chips!
