BP anti social behaviour

Hi guys, was recently assaulted in work and the guy was arrested, bang to rights he had no reason and was on camera, the police sent me a letter saying they have charged him with Bp anti social behaviour, but I don't know what this is, he has just pleaded guilty in court, because with my witness statement and the camera footage there was no other way, cheers guys

Sounds like it's classed "Behaviour Problem - Anti Social Behaviour", i.e back to poor upbringing, underachieving, bad parenting & poor social skills, leading to anti-social behaviour in later life. No reason for his actions, but his own inferiorities in life, and few skills to deal with his issues.
