Honestly zeuhl!! ice-cream is a good substitute though, I'm fairly ecstatic when wolfing through a tub of Haagen Dazs (vanilla caramel brownie)

the gaggia and the gelatochef actually have a freezer built in so no bowl in the fridge shenanigans, you just plug in switch on and add the ingredients.

Does anyone here know where you can buy a cheap ice lolly maker? I have seen some in Lakeland but they are very dear. Is it true that you can make lollies with just normal fruit juice?

Have you looked on amazon and eBay for lolly moulds? You can also just use a 12 hole tart tin if there s room in your freezer.

Have Magimix one - only used it once as I didn't realise you have to freeze the large bowl overnight first. No room in my upright freezer for that - so its just gathering dust and taking up space ........... waste of money!
