I would...but it's raining!!!! Rather heavily in London.
Mention a drought and hosepipe ban and Mother Nature will hit back.
It's sods law...

We were sitting at traffic lights this morning, rain belting down, and an advert came on the radio asking all of us to try and save 20 litres each a day.
Send it down here please, it's just drizzling in Hove and our gardens need it.

someone was just on tv saying the same about saving 20 litres per household, could quite easily donate that daily at the moment, where do I pour it?
Bet that was from the Water Companies ummm who seem to overlook the loss of billions of litres through leakage. Pouring down on South Coast, averaging 0.75inch daily.
don't need hose pipe here, if it's not raining, then it will be soon
Rain Radar looks pretty :+)

correct penelope....bit like george osborne pleading poverty!!!!!
Yes, I'm Anglian water.

I don't need a hose pipe so I don't care. Every bit of greenery in my garden has been eaten by my rabbits.
It's coming your way ladybirder.
What hosepipe ban, we haven't got one ( well not yet ) South Staffs Water.
We're unlikely to get a hosepipe ban in the NW, our reservoirs are all full :)
I save any spare water now into a water butt. Even empty our hot water bottles into it every day, and it seems to be taking a while to fill it up. Its supposed to rain quite heavily today so that should help. I dont think we will bother put any plants in this year if theres going to be a ban.
