I'm not advertising, but I have bought 3 lovely tops for my daughter earlier in Tesco, for the summer that hopefully will be good when the sun does make a re-appearance. They have an offer on at the moment most stuff less than £5

Gonna try Asda too later to see if I can get some bottoms for her.

best bargain of the day for me was a closing down sale at Millets where I just bought a £180 4 man tent for the unbelievable price of........£20!!!!!
Got a lovely fleece hoodie thing for £2.50 today from Sainsburys today (black, with grey stars on for a 4 year old boy). They had loads of other stuff too but we didn't need anything else.
lol sher - I guess I didn't actually NEED the tent (or the other bargain bits) I bought either, but £20!!!
My best bargain? my wife, can't remember the cost but it came with a life time guarantee & she's well worth it.
Don't think Asda sell arses- though worth trying I guess.
My bargain of the day (on Monday) was a cardi/shrug. I spotted it in M&S at £35 and couldn't justify spending that.
Later that day I saw the same garment in the window of a charity shop for £3. i couldn't get my purse out fast enough
When thing 1 and 2 start school I am going to have bargain hunting as a hobby (as I haven't managed to think of anything else I can do).
Blimey Mrs O - that was a bargain!
I know, I am dead chuffed. It was my size so it was meant to be.
I wasn't at work during the day, god knows what I would find :o) I also managed to get the new hiking boots for No2 son that I actually went out for for £17.50 down from £40 so was pleased with those too. Though I didn't get the waterproof trousers we needed cos couldn't go shopping after we bought the tent, could barely carry the bleedin' thing back to the car!!

Boo - I can just imagine getting frog-marched out of Asda later whilst protesting that I was "looking for bottoms".
