Today would be Barnys 32nd birthday. I still miss that cat and think of him every day.

My former neighbour seriously asked me if I'd killed her (evil) cat which had gone missing - turned out he was locked in the garage of someone who had gone on holiday. Her replacement after his death was a much nicer creature, but he knew to stop when he got to the boundary of our drive!

I miss my faithful golden Lab. He was 14 and was my best friend. He knew my every move what time it was . Used to fetch his dish when it was his meal time .Fetch the mail from the postman. I sometimes still feel his presence and it is over 2 years now. I light a candle for him when I feel his presence. I have not had another . I know there are dogs looking for good homes .But I can't bring myself to go through the heartbreak again. my 2 kids have blue staffies and I have had theres here at times with their work patterns when they were puppies and needed the extra feeds .They are just over a year and my home is their second home.
I love my cat. He's so funny.
Docile and hostile. He hates anyone coming in the house. He sits and gives visitors the evils. I'm the only one he comes to for fuss....and he goes to my OH to fight. He tolerates the kids.
When he's in the street, he'll tart himself out to anyone. Rolling all over the pavement getting people to stroke him.
He comes to the shop with me. Usually sits under the nearest car...but if I take too long he'll come to the door.
He often goes to sleep in the rabbit hutch. The rabbits seem to like him...
