Unfair dismissal
I had a problem at work and was made to leave ( honest) I have a tribunal against the company . Which is all fine I suppose. I believe now that my manager started or orchestrated the whole chain of events that led to me leaving . I have had nothing from the company they are even ignoring acas . This whole event has caused me unmeasurable pain and depression my question is I suppose is there anywhere else I can turn to that can help me I understand that the tribunal can get me what I'm owed. But what about what I deserve ?????? Can I get help with a civil suit against the company???? Or manager??? Should I contact the local papers???? Should I write a huge banner and stand outside the building ???? Lol is there any company's that can act again untrue sexual assault accusations????? I hope I don't come over too pathetic but no one seems to understand what this whole event has done to me or the effect on my family or the fact thatxmas was ruined because of the depression this has caused . I suppose I'm looking for revenge or something

Wolf, having experienced similar, please take my advice and ask for help via your GP. This is not because you 'are ill' therefore to blame in any way - it is because these people have had a severe impact on your mental and physical health. At the very least you need someone to talk to, some kind of counselling, to help you recover.

Been to cab I won't qualify for legal aid so they put me onto acas who have been quite helpfully but they got no response from company so I proceeded to tribunal . And as yet still no reply from company . I just think that although I will get compensation the person that started all this will still be mployed .where as I nearly got divorced thru this and was considering suicide at one point all becaus of a lie . And I have been constantly lied to thru it all . It sucks it's not fair but I suppose I need patience

Sadly British industry and commerce is rife with bullying and agencies that are meant to support victims seem toothless.
Proving anything legally against these people is totally dependent on other workplace witnesses being prepared to speak out on the record - and much as colleagues may like you, they get all shy when this kind of request is made.
Part of your process of healing will be coming to an indifference towards the liars that harmed you, and this will take a huge amount of time and work.
Moving on in the right way heals. The bullies will be lying and manipulating even in their care homes.
Will you keep us posted about how you're doing? Letting go of a pain this big is a serious process and is IMO as hard as recovering from a diagnosed serious illness.

Thanks for your words and I know your right . It's hard to talk to family cos I feel I'm supposed to be saying one thing . But the stuff I really want to say stays in my head . I have had ongoing depression for years now and I know this has had an effect on me. I'm just having a real problem accepting that someone can lie about me and to me and be backed up by the whole company while I'm made to feel like a outcast . And as much as I want this all to go away. I still feel like it can never unhappen and still the others carry on with the lies .

Wholeheartedly endorse what Mosaic says; I think he/she comes from an HR / counselling background.
Just solely dealing with the (smaller in importance) money / compensation side, if you are going to deal with it yourself, do your best to try and cut out the emotion that you feel towards individuals and the organisation and just try to focus on extracting compensation for your loss. If you have accepted that you have left the organisation for good (and it sounds like you have), unless the individual that bullied you has fallen out of favour with the employer, you are unlikely to be able to make him/her fall on his sword as well.
An ET hearing is akin to a civil action in the courts, so I don't see the point in pursuing a separate civil action against the company or the individual.
As others have said, any revenge is best pursued once the compensation is safely in your pocket.
