Payphones

I had to use a BT payphone today for the first time in years. Minimum charge 60p!! I'll not forget the mobile in future. :)

Same thing happened to me a few months ago, I couldn't believe it cost that much to use a public phone!

We have one at work and the minimum charge is 20p. It's Virgin mind you...

I can agree with that Douglas. The one at my work has been there about 15 years and no one has ever come out to take a look at it for any reason. As long as we pay the bill they don't care.

Right so no-one ever cleans it, repairs damage to it,empties it, or repairs any faults to it..................

Hard to be certain from one fleeting visit but if pushed I'd have to say, nope.

I empty it and give it a clean Craft. Nothing else has ever been done to it.
