Hi, I'm having a Christmas Party but will be working lots in the run up to it- Does anyone have any festive recipes for biscuits that i can cook and freeze, then defrost and ice on the day before? Thank you all in advance!

Or also double shortbread. The bonus being that you can cut them in any shape and decorate how you please. Although this is not our recipe, it's one of our most popular biscuits.

BTW, when you take your biscuits out, give them a flash in an oven at about 200C to crispen them up - But keep an eye on them!

And use good jam!!
