I will give the PO some relief in that the day they took away local services from your village office, such as licences for cars etc, they did not do themselves any favours.

No, I have not lost the plot, I have lost the entitlement to a service that someone has paid for.
Who decides what is a genuine and reasonable complaint and what is harassment? My word against their's. Face it, a written complaint can always get lost in the post.

The Royal Mail will redeliver any item which it was unable to 1st time around . It won't do it automatically , you will have to ring the phone number on the little red card that we post through your door . Tell us when you want it redelivered and we'll redeliver it on that day , or to a neighbour that you nominate . I hope that you find this helpful .
