Hi all, I wondered if somebody could help me, I am trying to find the address for the head of Natwest customer services dealing with credit cards, but for the life of me can't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thansks xxx

yes, but I can only get phone numbers, whereas I need an address and name of the head of customer services. I have no idea where to start! lol xx

On the back of this NW bank statement I have here it says -

Registered Office - 135 Bishopgate London EC2M 3UR

Looks like they only have phone contact - ring 'em up and ask them for a postal address.

Do you actually want the name of the person (if there is one) of that department? My sister used to be the PA to the head of Natwest. I can text her if you let me know what you want to know. Her boss it retired now but he still has contacts in the sphere.

What it is, I am trying to contact them regarding a defaulted credit card, the limit was £350.00, and I have been advised that with such a small default (in comparison to others in their thousands) to write to the head of natwest customer services and explain to them etcetc.. Online it gives me tips, and one is to find the name of head of customer services. Hope that makes sense lol x

I`ve just texted my sister to ask her to ask her old boss if he knows the name of the person the head of credit card complaints in Natwest. Sorry, I can promise but if she comes back to me I will let you know.

I can`t promise her ex-boss will reply roxie but i`ll keep nagging my sister (as I do) until I at least get a reply

roxie - I spoke to my sister. Her ex-boss in on holiday and she wasn`t much use I`m afraid. Bearing in mind that Natwest is part of RBS - their head office switchboard is 0131-556-8555, You could always try to get a name there. Alternatively, the website says - for customer complaints (but I expect you already know this) 08457-888-444. I`d be inclined to phone that number and ask them.

Are you going to ask them to write off the £450 or just give you a longer to pay it?

I'm paying it off, currently have £250 to pay, I'm writing to ask them to lift the default status off my account, which is worse on my credit rating than a CCJ, and for just under £500 seems a bit steep, can but try xxx
