Some more companies coming so shall see what hey offer!
"maybe pinkcow is Greek"
And I'm rude ..lol .
Someone asks how they can borrow a few bob and you launch into a homily comparing what they want to the greek economy ..laughable .
yes and the so called patronising position that shaney refers to, is very much positioned as that, as you infer, maid up, leaving the line of credit in place until the baby is here and everything is ok before proceeding......what's wrong if someone takes a conservative view on taking this form or loan (risk) on?

I fully accept that it is pinkcow's decision and I couldn't give a monkey's which way she decides, it is her life......sobeit

Thanks shaney!its like being interogated by creditscorers on here! Good god they must be lucky having no debt and can just save up for everything!
Well i want it now and so what if we borrow some.
Have you tried the bank of Mum and Dad pinkcowprint ..that's what mine usually do :))
personally i would take a loan for the shortest amount of time possible (perhaps a year or two). That's because i wouldn't trust myself to pay a card off, but you don't get any choice with a loan!

Haha..they aren't really in a position at the mo,hubby has inhe
ritence in family home etc so we are fine im very
grateful for everyones concern,we might borrow loads more n get all decking aswell!haha.
I agree with the last two ideas - I would avoid a card too if possible.....the sooner it is off the debt books it is on the equity of the house.
Go for it :)
