Song from 1997 ish?

Could anyone please help me identify a song that I heard once, in about 1997? I only have some of the lyrics, and even then I'm not sure they are correct as it's been a while! All I can remember is that the lead singer was a black girl, and for some reason I have always thought it was the band "Clock" although a Google of their songs didn't turn up the info I was looking for. The only lyrics I can remember (I think!) are;

"And then I found you here again

And when I hold you in my arms
What a surprise.
What a surprise (baby baby)"

I'm guessing at 1997 as I heard it when I was with my girlfriend at the time, and the No Doubt hit "Don't speak" was out not too long after it (which I remember was when we broke up!) Sorry it's not much to go on, but seeing as Google has failed me, I'm just hoping someone on here has an idea. Funny thing is, I don't even remember liking it particularly, but it has been popping into my head on a regular basis for the last 10 years or so, and I think it's time to exorcise this demon! This one was really bugging me too, especially after googling the lyrics I remembered and pretty much finding only your question!! But after a LOT more searching I found it!

Bizarre Inc - "Surprise", from July 1996, and from the album of the same name. In YouTube performed by "Angie Brown and Bizarre Inc" apparently. Nice song.
