Pain In Balls Of Both Feet
6 Answers
The Podiatrist says its caused by shortened tendons from my big toe - you can actually see that the tendon is raised on top of the foot. She advised taking longer strides and spending some time each day exercising toes by curling them under, to attempt to lengthen the tendon. I have also started taking tonic water. Are there any other suggestions anyone can make which may help? Thanks.
