Has any one else tried this diet - usually seen advertised at the side of FB - with a catchline like 'Cheryl Cole lost 2 stone'. Pay £2.75 up front.

Just cut your carb intake, eat as much meat, chicken, eggs, fish etc as you want with lots of green vegetables and healthy fats (like olive oil) and you will lose weight. By the way, the main sources of carbs are sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, flour and anything that contains these. Once your body gets used to the new diet, you will no longer feel hungry between meals and your excess weight will gradually and safely be lost. I lost 50lbs on this diet and have stuck with it since (having the odd treat now and then) because I feel much healthier and easily avoid gaining weight again. If you want to understand how it work, you could watch this really good video http://www.dietdoctor...-the-obesity-epidemic
It'll amaze you how much nonsense we've been told about dieting and what's best to eat! Good luck with the dieting!

I was going to advise that everyone steers clear of this diet. It is a SCAM. Firstly they let you have it for £2.75 up front but you have to cancel within 14 days of the order otherwise they charge you £37.50 x3. Secondly it doesn't work and thirdly, and most scary is that the 'plaster's you put on your body causes painful and bleeding scars. My stomach is covered with welts and bleeding sores.
DO NOT USE THESE TABLETS OR PLASTERS.
