If you can take time to read it please do, we all know someone who domestic violence is happening or has happened to. Just for 30 seconds of your time, you could learn how to help other people.

I dont want any postings here but any thoughts please put on the below thread, I dont want to steal this ladys glory!

Hi Dove, while I felt sad to read the comments on nfn's post from you and others and while you obviously have your heart in the right place, I have to tell you honestly that I do not know anybody who is the subject of domestic violence and before anybody says it - I do not walk around with my eyes shut !

I see that you have had a bad time in the past and as have so many others, but not everybody in the world is a wife/child beater, maybe I have been lucky so far but please don't look at everybody you see as a potential threat, you might prejudge some nice people.

gapmoc I'm quite sure that is not dove or nfn's intention! They're just passing on information in case one actually knew somebody who is being abused and s/he didn't know they were able to soemthing about it!
