FAULTY SETTEE (UPDATE)
I posted a question 28 April regarding a faulty settee, firstly thank you to all the people who replied, you were all very helpful. I wrote a letter of complaint 12 days ago and sent the letters recorded delivery one to the Managing Director and the other to the head of Customer Services (we got there names after a lot of digging on the internet as no one in the store seemed willing to give out that sort of information). To date I have not received any communication from either of them. I am going to write another letter and send a copy of the original one, but my question today is who am I best to contact if I don't get any satisfaction this. The Furniture Ombudsman or small claims court. Thanks again.
