Just heard on the radio that the police responded to a report of cries of "Help...help....help" in a residential area. Turns out it was someone trying to get their cat, whose name was Help, in for the night.
Reminds me of a friend who called her cat Bu99er Off. Took the neighbours some time to work out why she stood in her garden every night shouting...."Bu99er Off......Bugger Of".

When I went in the room was full of GSD's maybe 6-7 of all ages from a few weeks old going for their first jabs to an old girl about 12 going for a check up all sitting down behaving themselves and minding there own business. Emily the receptionist took a photo which is still hanging on the wall to remind her of how it should be when they have a room full of cats, dogs, rabbits etc all falling out with each other.
Richard and Judy. :-)
Paddy. We lived in Canada and my son had a paper round. As he passed a house a GSD came out and walked beside him for the whole round until he returned home. This happened every day. It was as if he was looking after son.
When daughter was born Ace came and lay by her crib after the paper round and had a snooze. He was fantastic and as I said, her first word was Ace.
