Orange County MOvie - Music question

I will be impressed if I get an answer to this In the film Orange County aboutan hour into the film theres a scene where a van is playing a song from the radio the one line from the chorus I can remember goes 'Need some time , time to ' and then it cuts to another scene ,Ive checked teh film soundtrack credits and it doesnt seem to be in there
Basically whats the name of the song and the group
