I read somewhere that a head chef's toque should have 100 pleats in it, each one representing a different method of cooking eggs/serving eggs.

funny enough it was who wants to be a millionaire that prompted my question i never saw it but mr e is in that trade n some one asked him if he knew what the answer was after watching it and he hadent watched it either or dident know the answer hence the question lol.thanks for the answer by the way
