washing a childs face

sometimes only water doesn't make thier face look clean an fresh, so what would you use on your child's face? is there any kind of reasonably priced kids face wash? i think soap would not benefit their skin in the long term, thanks in advance.

If babies then a warm wet cloth is fine - once they were out and about and getting manky and germ ridden, we put a small drop of anti bac handwash into a sink full of warm water and frothed it up and they used that - dont know if it is necessarily the best for their skin, but they look clean and healthy and dont get spots .......or ill very often either :o)

why are you surprised baldric?
I only asked because i was looking at buying a children's face wash, but didn't find any, so was pretty curious as to how other mums deal with dirty little cute faces....i use Johnson's soap, and sometimes water on their faces, some days the warm flannels come out if they haven't lost them again behind the radiator lol
