Hey folks, where can i download a free driver for my Liteon it CD/RW model number LTR-24102B.

Fibonacci's link is for an update to the firmware, not for a driver.

When I checked Lite-On's website

I was initially confused that no drivers are listed. Then I remembered that I've never had to install any drivers when installing a new CD/RW. They are 'driver free' (or, more accurately, they rely upon default drivers embedded into Windows). You appear to be looking for something which doesn't exist!

I had this before on my old pc but dont have it now

You should be able to use any burning software. Your Lite-on drive was shipped with a version of Nero, which is a commercial program. However there's a free version available:
http://www.nero.com/eng/downloads-nbl-free.php
