so slow!

My computer (win XP) is soo slow when i click log off, it sometimes says a message with ctfmon.exe and when i click its ok but still takes a while to log off, any ideas for a quick fix?

You need to check where in your pc this file is - if it is within Windows\System32 is it a legitimate part of Office.

If it is elsewhere, it is a trojan or a virus.
