Tutela CVT is manufactured by Fiat. If you're determined to buy online, this firm ships worldwide:

However I can see no reason why any SAE 75W-80 oil, designed for continuously variable transmissions, shouldn't be a close enough match to what you're seeking. That's based upon reading the specification here:

DO NOT use anything other than the proper oil for that transmission.
The total failure rate on these units is VERY high, due to undersized bearings and other parts. Parts are all very expensive.
I used to look after all the transmissions for Ford, including the CVT.
It comes from USA now, all spares have been bought up, and trust me .. you do not want to pay £3000 on a new one.
This transmission was a total mistake by Ford.
Order the correct oil from a Ford dealer. Sorry .. it's expensive.

Sorry, I cannot recommend swapping around specs.
Have you no access to a Ford dealership to order/check?
I cannot stress highly enough not to mess around with this transmission too much. I had to give wordwide support at least twice a week to dealers requesting help .. and parts for this CVT. Often parts not available, and replacement unit too expensive.
All the remaining stock is now bought up, and held by Ford Aftermarket Reman dept. There is nothing else.

Just use any Dextron 3 - it exceeds all the specifications and is goodbye to automatic transmission problems. Obviously it won't fix any pre-existing problems though. If you can get it, it's also worth changing the filter in the sump at the same time. If your problem is excessive creep and stalling when first engaging drive, it's the valve body, but worth trying fluid and filter first. Good luck.
