Not coffee, caffeine wakes you up - hot chocolate should do the trick.

I'm very lucky, my OH does the weekly pilgrimage to Waitrose by herself, she says she can get 'round a lot quicker if she leaves me at home, she uses their 'carry to car' service at the store, and I carry to kitchen at home.
