i know why my animated avatar (gif) did not come through

i noticed on the eds thread that this site only accepts avatars rated 'g' . i rated the gif i found 'pg'. that is why it did not come through.

i now have two questions ..

1. if i find another animation and give it a 'g' rating, will it work and come through - thus giving me a moving avatar?

2. how do i delete the one i found from my profile - or change the rating to a 'g'? i cannot see how i can do either.

i'm off out now to do my quiz night, i look forward to seeing some helpful advice when i come home tonight.

No moving avatars allowed..................

Go onto Gravatar and set up a new avatar and then tick it to make it the default one. You can even delete the old one. It will then change on AB

No, we can't have moving avatars on here. You can't change the rating. Find another avatar!

Bibblebub had one on here once though (owing to a Gravatar error)- it worked on AB so it must be possible unless the techies have made a change since then

any avatar I've found and put on here, I rated all 'G', they have up to now

come through.

I wouldn't call it "born" ummm, more, er, found under a stone :-)

to delete one, go back to you're Gravatar, when it shows all of you're pictures, run the cursor next to chosen picture and you will see X....click on
that, and it will remove it.
