Whilst I have many of the required qualifications I dont have the experience in this field, I also know there are a few such homes in the area and I know there are many people out there with far more experience in this specific field than me. I still think im in with a reasonable chance, Time will tell :-)

They have just phoned me to say they will let me know the beginning of next week Grrrrr but they said its looking good. A few more days before I know for sure!

Its the sort of work where personal qualities and attitude to clients counts for a lot... you can do the courses for the specialist stuff later... do the studying while you watch your alpacas
