You have here what is known as a clash of tenses. Use "were used", "could indicate" and "results were", or "are used", "can indicate" and "results are".

However, from the context, it looks like this is some sort of scientific report, in which case, I would say:

Within the three studies, various outcome measures were used to indicate the reliability of the results.
