I got an e-mail from Fedex Customer Service saying courier service couldn't make the delivery of my parcel-Status Wrong postal code. It gave more info and ended up with " If the parcel isn't received within 30 working days our company will have the right to claim compensation from you for its keeping in the amount of $15.98 for each day of keeping it" I was told a postal label was enclosed and to print it out etc
I know my memory isn't all that good but I can't remember ordering anything lately.
Have any of you heard of this company,please?
