how many weight watchers points would be in a small tin of sweetcorn?

i aint got my book on me at the mo but i think most veg is free, if your not sure i would allow one point for it. i dont think it will be much

I think it's about 1 and a 1/2. Unfortunately, it's not a free veggie.

You would be much better off probably eating frozen sweetcorn.They put all sorts of cr@p in tinned veggies.Sugar etc.! Tastes much nicer too.

Hi, just looked in the book and under basic foods it says 1/2 point for 2 tablespoons.

Sorry valsuey but you can buy tinned sweetcorn with no added sugar or salt. I hope that the frozen stuff is the same.
