Error code 11001 indicates WSAHOST_NOT_FOUND and is returned by the Winsock whenever a Winsock-using program calls for the DNS look-up of the IP address of some host to which it intends to submit a TCP/IP transaction request and the Winsock can't get an IP address listing with the host name it submitted for the calling program. Check TCP/IP configuration to insure that it has not been changed from the settings your ISP instructs you to use.
