A line from an Elvis song. Do Americans ever use the word 'satisfactioning' in real life?

Hello Sandy, as an American I can truthfully say the answer is NO. It is not a word, and hay, its Elvis, ever hear him talk for real? I'm country, say things funny at times, yet he surpassed me on some.
I can't think the USA is any different to the UK in having dialects. I'm a Yorkshireman and have at least three different speaking modes...semi-posh,telephone and my local dialect when I speak with my friends at work and over a pint.....

....Elvis was King and Kings can say what they want, or no point in being King ;-)
